INFOVI | Dynamics 365 Business Central

Esta aplicación construida para Dynamics 365 Business Central está dirigida a bodegas productoras y operadores almacenistas españolas, que deben realizar sus declaraciones de vino y mosto de forma telemática mediante la aplicación INFOVI (Sistema de Información Vitivinícola) habilitada por el Ministerio de Agricultura, a través de la Agencia de Información y Calidad Alimentaria (AICA).

Para poder acceder a INFOVI, previamente es necesario que los operadores estén inscritos en el Registro de Operadores Vitivinícolas (REOVI). Esta aplicación funciona con las aplicaciones VinoTEC Core y Bulk Items Management (Gestión de Graneles) (contiene dependencias).

Un adecuado manejo de la aplicación exige conocer cómo:

  • Configurar los diarios de INFOVI
  • Conocer los tipos de declaraciones existentes
  • Crear y editar declaraciones (cabeceras y líneas)
  • Registrar declaraciones
  • Extraer / generar declaraciones
  • Imprimir declaraciones
  • Extraer fichero XML
  • Presentar ficheros de declaraciones

INFOVI – Wine Reporting Management | Overview

  • This app is addressed to Spanish wine producers and wholesalers that must declare accurate information about wine and must production through INFOVI (Wine Information System), an application enabled by the Ministry of Agriculture, through the Food Information and Quality Agency (AICA).
  • In order to access INFOVI, wineries and wholesalers must be registered in the Registry of Wine-Growing Operators (REOVI) and request an access code from the Ministry of Agriculture.
  • This app works with VinoTEC Core and Bulk Items Management Apps (it contains dependencies).
  • Supported Editions: The app supports the Essentials and Premium Editions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Supported Countries: Spain. Supported Languages: This app is available in English (United States) and Spanish (Spain).

1. Configure the following key tables

This app requires the following set-up. First, you need to set up the application. Don’t forget to configure the following key tables:

– Declarants

– Campaigns

– INFOVI Product Groups

– Products (wine & must products)

– Warehouses

– Work Types

– Customers and Vendors

2. Then, you will need to understand how to work with journals

3. Create your journals

Create your journals and post them to create new Infovi Entries that declaration will be based on. Finally, export the declaration according to the XML format required by MAGRAMA and submit it.
