Special Tax Non-Reusable Plastic Containers for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is Now Available on Microsoft AppSource

TIPSA S.L today announced the availability of Special Tax Non-Reusable Plastic Containers on Microsoft AppSource, an online cloud marketplace providing tailored line-of-business solutions.

This application for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central has been developed for companies impacted by the Spanish Law 7/2022, which was regulated by the order HFP/1314/2022.
This regulatory framework establishes tax obligations arising from the manufacture and purchase of non-reusable plastic packaging. It is mandatory from January 1, 2023.

The app adds into Dynamics 365 Business Central new capabilities to manage different types of plastic recipients and its taxation, according to the tax obligations of its operators, whether they are purchasers, importers, or manufacturers. It includes the calculation and submission of declarations for non-reusable plastic packaging, such as A592 or A22.

“We are happy to announce the availability of this cross-industry application for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that allows Spain-based companies to accomplish the legal requirements resulting from the circular economy framework with no interruptions on their daily operations,” said Andrés Sáenz, CMO at Tipsa.

Toby Bowers, General Manager, Business Applications Group, Microsoft Corp., said, “We’re happy to welcome Special Tax Non-Reusable Plastic Containers to Microsoft AppSource, which gives our customers access to the best solutions available from our extensive partner ecosystem. Microsoft AppSource offers partner solutions such as Special Tax Non-Reusable Plastic Containers from TIPSA S.L to help customers meet their needs faster.”
